Reiki (ray-key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation and promotes healing energetically. Reiki was created by Mikao Usui in March 1922. Reiki manifests through the action of laying hands over the body that balances out one's body, mind and spirit. "Rei '' is a universal term meaning for spiritual wisdom and "Ki" means life force or life energy. Ki is the nonphysical energy that animates all living things and is the primary energy of our emotions, thoughts and spiritual life. Rei represents the earth and portrays lays of soul and still. Chakras: Chakras are the energy entry points in our body. They take the "Ki" energy that is always around us and transforms it into various subtle frequencies through our energy system to keep us healthy. Our chakras are associated with our emotions, thoughts, traumas, security, awareness, communication, actions and overall health. Seven chakras are commonly practiced that are in the center of the body. Each chakra corresponds with a layer of aura. Negative feelings or thoughts can become lodged in our chakra reducing the amount of subtle energy that supports or adversely affects our health. Each chakra also connects with our anatomy from our bones to our organs. When off balance, we can be severely ill. When balanced, energy flows freely. Aura is a beautiful field of every changing energy pattern that completely surrounds all living things. Aura is created by our feelings and thoughts. Each represents a different part of the person's consciousness. Jaee Reiki sessions are personal, one on one and in person. All Reiki sessions will be in the Bay area until further notice. Jaee received their 2nd Level Attunement Usui Reiki Certification in 2018 by Usui Reiki Master and Co-owner of Silver Holistic Therapies, Paula Satiago. Her and her wife is located in New Jersey and focuses on technique in Energy Release of Emotional Memories, Reader of Akashic Records and trained under Dr. Brian Weiss.
