Artist and Creative Entrepreneur support Focuses on community centered programming and creative events, both physically and virtually. Jaee supports creators in manifesting your creative ideas and projects. This formulates through events, exhibitions, healing circles, art projects, workshops, donation drives, care packages, interviews, shows, conversations and more... In addition, many times, creators have similar or integrative ideas. If the client is open to further collaboration, Jaee will also bring in other creators to collectively actualize those integrative ideas. This collaboration can come in the form of (creator working with Jaee), (creator with Jaee and other creators) or (creator working with Jaee and aligned organizations). Jaee supports creators with bringing their ideas into fruition step by step through idea breakdown, intention and outcome setting, planning and scheduling, platform and target audience, marketing tools (our website, physical leaflets, Eventbrite and social media). After all project fulfillments, we will add your project onto our online archive, Sweet. Archive where all community collaborations can be found. This includes background information of the creator and project as well as takeaways (lessons, powerpoints, notes), clips and recaps. The archive also acts as a grounding platform for creators and their projects to use their programming as a portfolio and profile for their resume or future projects. We also offer recommendations, if needed. Collaboration/ Service Fee Fee ranges based on: - Size of event (Amount of people expecting) Note: small healing circle would be different fee than a community exhibition or teaching an educational workshop) - Needed Support & Goals - Series or One-time event - Virtual or Physical - Planning Time of Event (When are you thinking?) - Marketing Materials & Designs - Promotions - Potential connections and collaborations - Event Cost (donation, free, set cost) - Archive Full page of you and your work, your project and any information where individuals can find you - Project or Work Recommendation, if needed Additional note: If paid event or workshop: All payments will be paid out to the creator (either from total tickets sales or project with organization- this is decided by both parties) We use Eventbrite for ticket sales, the “Payout” will be directly to the creator. 100% of the total cost of ticket sales will go towards the creator.
